Cathy Lee Cunningham is passionate about giving her clients the practical tools they need to work creatively with conflict in all its forms.  With almost 20 years of extensive experience in the design and delivery of leadership development programs, curricula, conference planning, large and small group facilitation and mediation, Ms. Cunningham will work together with you to find solutions to workplace conflicts. As a highly skilled facilitator, speaker, and presenter, Ms. Cunningham has worked successfully at the local, regional, national and international levels within academic, hospital, corporate and community settings to build collaborative relationships for change.  

Ms. Cunningham will give you the knowledge base and skills you need to create a strategy that will increase organizational effectiveness through the cultivation of employee self-awareness in the area of conflict behaviors in the workplace. Throughout her career she has consistently empowered others, fostering individual and interpersonal awareness and teamwork, by gathering and analyzing information and then providing informed motivational support to her clients.

Ms. Cunningham offers customized in-house conflict resolution assessment and training for her clients, for both short- and long-term leadership development objectives. Ms. Cunningham has provided extensive coaching, for both senior and new management, in the art of clarifying and communicating information in midst of chaos or crisis in the organization. She employs a unique approach in coaching leaders to develop a self discipline for navigating through times of conflict and crisis in the organization, even when under personal attack.

Ms. Cunningham holds a BA (First Class Honours) in International Development Studies and a Master of Divinity. She holds the Certificate in Negotiation and Conflict Management awarded by Dalhousie University Law School and College of Continuing Education. She holds the certificate in Teaching Negotiation in the Organization awarded by the Program on Negotiation at Harvard University Law School.
