Aliana Rozenek was the Chief Human Resources Officer of MTS Allstream. In this role, she was responsible for the overall leadership of the company's human resource strategies and programs, including labour relations. In this capacity, she was responsible for providing functional leadership and direction to the company, its operating subsidiaries and all lines of business.

Ms. Rozenek is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in human resources, labour relations and quality management across many industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications, and retail, aerospace and financial services. Ms. Rozenek worked with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) as Senior Vice-President, Human Resources; she was responsible for leading the human resources function for the bank's Retail and Wealth Management businesses. She was Senior Vice President, Human Resources of Sobeys Canada Inc. Prior to this, she held the senior human resources roles at AlliedSignal Aerospace Canada Bata Limited where she was responsible for the Human Resources and Labour Relations portfolios for operations in 65 countries.

Over the span of 30 years, she has become a transformational leader working in partnership with all organizational stakeholders to improve working environments so that employees can thrive and work to their full potential. She believes in the power of human talent, collaboration and the importance of effective leadership to achieve meaningful goals. She has extensive experience in Labour Relations and has successfully lead and managed relationships with the CAW, CEP, IBEW, IFPTE, USW, UFCW, Teamsters, OPSEU, and the GCIU.

She has developed strong business acumen and leadership skills having lead teams of up to 150 HR and LR professionals over the years. She is a courageous and trusted advisor to senior leaders and a mentor to many young aspiring leaders and professionals. Ms. Rozenek attended McGill University where she studied Industrial Relations and graduated with a DCS in Biological Sciences.
