Mr. Doyle brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Senior Consultant at CPMS. He has held a number of senior and executive roles within Human Resources, encompassing unionized and non-union environments in both the private and public sectors.

Mr. Doyle has played a key leadership role in health care within British Columbia at both the strategic and operational levels. He has also served on a number of industry and government-sponsored committees focused on human resources challenges, matters of regionalization, service delivery, and provincial bargaining.

As an integral member of executive teams, Mr. Doyle’s knowledge of strategic leadership and operational management are reflected in his strong consensus and team-building skills. His ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, ranging from boards of directors to senior management, employee and community groups has facilitated his success.

In addition, Mr. Doyle has made, and continues to make, a contribution at the governance table as a board member for both professional and community organizations.

A skilled facilitator and educator, Mr. Doyle has been adjunct post-graduate faculty at Royal Roads University (Victoria) and Rochester Institute of Technology (Rochester, N.Y.), as well as in-house faculty for executive and management-level leadership development programs at different points of time throughout his career.

Mr. Doyle holds a Masters of Science degree with a focus on Human Resources and Organization Development.
