Ms. Barb Mitchell is a senior executive who has successfully led business and marketing units in some of the world’s leading organizations.  Barb excelled in the areas of organizational structure, strategy development, marketing and change management.

For almost a decade, Ms. Mitchell worked with the Coca-Cola Company, a Fortune 500 company, utilizing her personal approach to leading a team in developing strategies to bring National products and promotions to market.  Ms. Mitchell’s focus has evolved to assisting companies implement the practices necessary to bring their corporate strategies to life.  It is her belief that the people, the planning and processes, as well as the communication in an organization are the keys to its success.

In Ms. Mitchell’s most recent position as Director of a renowned award winning winery, she has built, led and managed a team dedicated to accelerating the financial growth of the organization as well as driving the systemic change needed to move the business forward.
